The most important flavour of a new basset owner is that he/she loves her baby puppy. The new owner is full of love, teaching its basset consequently, has good humour, liable and knows that he/she's got a big eared, furry, handful child for the next 12-15 years.

"I guarantee that the dog has all two knockers and all teeth " - that is very important for those, who want to go to shows with their bassets, but if a dog doesn't has both knockers it can easily make health problems, like cancer, so it can be important for everyone

"I have option for every bassets who was born in our kennel", "the new owner can't sell its basset without my permission, if it's co-owned by me, the new owner can't mate her or take to a surgery unless if he/she has my agreement"  - that way I can defend the puppy from that it may has five owners in a very short time, because everyone lost interest in it, and from the "dog-makers", and from the spare cosmetical surgery

"I will buy the puppy of any reason, any time of its life", "if the owner can't take care of its basset any more, he/she has to take back to dog to us" -  I think, this is important, because naturally, everyone can have hard times in their lives, hard things can happen, which wasn't planned, and the owner can take the dog to good, loving place, and the basset is in safe; naturally it isn't mean that you can buy a puppy for three days, and if you lost your interest in it, you can take it back, because of it we try to find the best owners

"the new owner agree that we can see trough the puppy's life, and inform us the important things about it" - I think I don't need to explain it

"if the dog's living condition is inconvenient, and the owner doesn't change it after our warning, the owner has to bring back the dog to us for the purchase-price" - it is important because of that our puppies can have happy life; it isn't an uncertain part of a contract, if you take a dog from adoption, you can take it home only if you sign this part of the contract; I think that every people who loves animals won't take care badly of their dog

"I'm irresponsible of faults coming from the bad living conditions, or from the bad training of the dog" - this is the only point of the contract which defend us, because some people try to have some money back that way
